My perspective

Most of us are told how to make the symptoms go away:

Having period pain? Take the pill.

Tummy problems? Eliminate all the foods.

Can’t get pregnant? IVF is the only way.

But the truth is the symptom is not the actual problem. You can put a band-aid over it, but if we don’t address the root of the issue, things may get worse over time or simply not improve.

What you’re dealing with is real, and perhaps you’ve tried all the things with limited or no success (diets, doctors, supplements, etc.).

When you and I work together, expect me to be completely invested in understanding and tackling the root cause of the dis-ease you’re experiencing. You will not get a cookie-cutter approach with me.

How it works

  1. Book your complimentary 20 minute consultation call where we review your health goals and get to know each other better. There are no strings attached. It helps us determine if we’re the right fit.

  2. We schedule our initial 75 minute appointment, where we delve into your health history and background. From there I will come up with an initial, individualized protocol that you’ll receive a copy of.

  3. Moving forward, we will schedule follow-ups according to your needs and goals. During these sessions, we will modify our protocol according to your feedback and any new information we’ve collected along the way.
